Old Guy, you have to admit, although I personally prefer Altec speakers, those JBL guys over there do have a point sometimes.....especially regarding JBL innovations to driver technology vs Altec's over the latter decades. :-) Altec did innovate in beginning but really sat on their hands for far too long.Originally Posted by Old Guy

Don't believe me? Go over there and suggest Radian aluminum diaphragms might sound better than JBL titanium ones.

I joined over there a while back and quickly decided that they are mostly a bunch of JBL snobs with an attitude. There are a few good folks but not the kind of forum that I want to hang at.
